No
matter what level you are studying at, I can help you.
Statistics
& Research Methods - all levels up to PhD
Many
students hate
this
topic! I don't blame you - its not an intuitive topic for most people. However its
one of my favourite topics in psychology, so its especially rewarding to see students improve in this area. Whether its SPSS, design issues, or trying to
understand just what the heck any of it is supposed to mean, I am
happy to help. I can also help with qualitative methodology (e.g.
grounded theory).
Whether you are having problems with nonparametric tests, ANOVA, multiple regression, logistic regression, factor analysis etc, give me a call.
University
level tuition - various topics
I
have taught on a range of subjects at university, but my specialities
are health psychology, biological psychology, social psychology, and
of course research methods (see previous section). If you are
stuck with how to approach your coursework or need to revise for
exams, get it touch with me and we can sort it out.
A Level
I
have been a tutor in A Level Psychology since 2000, and have been an
examiner with the major qualifications board in the UK. Having been
an examiner I am fully aware that A Level Psychology is not a soft
option, so whether you need just a couple of sessions to clarify a
topic or you need extended tuition throughout the year, I am here to
help.
Study
Skills - all levels
Every
level of research has its own study skills issues, and I have been
around long enough to recognise how to improve some of the
fundamental skills needed (e.g. how to structure and essay or lab
report) in order to boost your grade.
